      <image:title>Home - Hello!</image:title>
<image:caption>I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years experience in the mental health field. In my practice I offer depth-oriented psychotherapy, using a variety of modalities and interventions. I focus primarily on adults, including individuals, intimate relationships and family groups . Here in the Bay Area, we have the benefit of a richly diverse community. I love working with people of all races, ethnicities, genders and sexualities, in both the joys and sorrows of experiences of identity. My own experiences of the many aspects of my identity inform my ability to hold a compassionate, non-judgmental, open and engaging stance with you.</image:caption>

<image:caption>About Me I’ve had an extensive career in community mental health, serving children, youth, young adults, parents and families. My professional experience influences my collaborative, culturally responsive, trauma-informed and socio-politically aware approach to private psychotherapy. My Approach I work relationally, meaning that our work together is the meeting of two (or more) minds and hearts. I want to hear your story, as I truly enjoy learning about people! I make no assumptions about who you are or what you need to shift the things in your life that are troubling you. I hope that my curiosity about you will allow the space to explore and discover new meanings about your life, allowing you to feel more present and fulfilled. I bring to the relationship the ability to facilitate your deeper understanding of yourself through reflection, empathy and insight.
